Article 14b of Regulation (EEC) No 3796/81 provides that Member States are to grant a flat-rate aid to producers' organizations which, subject to certain conditions, withdraw from the market products listed in Annex VI to that Regulation. This intervention is founded on the application of an autonomous withdrawal price which is determined by the producers' organizations and which must be notified to the Member States by the beginning of each fishing year.
