The vehicle manufacturer shall provide evidence (if requested by the test authority) that vehicle performance is not adversely affected by such transmitters. This can be a statement that the power levels and installation are such that the immunity levels of this Directive offer sufficient protection when subject to transmission alone, i.e. excluding transmission in conjunction with the tests specified in paragraph 6.
