1) kaup, mis on valmistatud tööstusdisainilahenduse omaniku loata sellise tööstusdisainilahenduse järgi, mis on identne või äravahetamiseni sarnane Eestis registreeritud tööstusdisainilahendusega ning millega rikutakse tööstusdisaini kaitse seaduses (RT I 1997, 87, 1466) sätestatud tööstusdisainilahenduse omaniku õigusi; 2) kaup, millega rikutakse autoriõigusi

For the purposes of this Regulation: (a) "goods infringing an intellectual property right" means ...
