Püsiv tegevuskoht on igasugune koht, mille kaudu toimub täielikult või osaliselt mitteresidendi püsiv majandustegevus Eestis, sealhulgas:
1) filiaal;
2) juhtimiskeskus, kontor, tehas või töökoda;
3) ehitusplats, ehitus-, seadmestamis- või montaaitööde koht;
4) koht, kus toimub loodusvara uurimine või kasutuselevõtmine, samuti nendega seotud järelevalvealane tegevus;
5) koht, kus toimub teenuste (sealhulgas juhtimis- ja konsultatsiooniteenuste) osutamine.
'Persons established in the Community' means: in the case of a natural person, any person who is normally resident there; in the case of a legal person or an association of persons, any person that has in the Community its registered office, central headquarters or a permanent business establishment.
