The operative event for the agricultural conversion rate applicable to the amount in ecus of the securities referred to in the second subparagraph of Article 9(3) and the second subparagraph of Article 9(7) of Regulation (EC) No 2201/96 shall be the day of submission of the tender or purchase application.
