  • One-stop-shopping procedure 1. The one-stop-shopping procedure shall comply with the following conditions: (a) it shall be open to all undertakings wishing to operate telecommunications services in the Community; (b) the submission of applications and notifications shall be possible and one or more bodies to which applications and notifications may be submitted shall be designated; (c) in the case of individual licences, applications shall be passed to the national regulatory authorities concerned, within seven working days of formal receipt, by the bodies to which they were submitted.
