Sellisel juhul toimub arveldus samaliigiliste nõuete ja kohustuste tasaarvestamise tulemusena saadud summaarsete nõuete ehk kogunõuete (netonõue) ja summaarsete kohustuste ehk kogukohustuste (netokohustus) täitmise teel.
