(1) Riiklik referentlabor käesoleva seaduse tähenduses on Euroopa Parlamendi ja nõukogu määruse (EL) 2017/625 artiklis 100 sätestatud labor, kes täidab referentlabori ülesandeid taimetervise valdkonnas., (1) For the purposes of this Act, ‘national reference laboratory’ means the laboratory specified in Article 100 of Regulation (EU) No 2017/625 of the European Parliament and of the Council, which performs the duties of a reference laboratory in the field of plant health., defineeritakse selle seaduse ulatuses, defined within the scope of this Act
