Market supervision. Efforts should be made in the regulated sector to organize better cooperation and coordination between the national market supervision systems, including common objectives for the safety of users and products, so that products which are entitled to bear the CE mark or have been properly manufactured in one Member State under the mutual recognition system are guaranteed uniform access to the market.
