Alkohoolne jook, milles alkoholisisaldus on üle 22 mahuprotsendi, on käesoleva seaduse tähenduses kange alkohoolne jook. Alkohoolne jook, mille alkoholisisaldus jääb 3 ja 22 mahuprotsendi vahele, on käesoleva seaduse tähenduses lahja alkohoolne jook.
