Furthermore, without prejudice to Article 5 of Regulation (EEC) No 3665/87, in the event that the refund does not vary according to destination, the exporter shall declare in writing the number of live animals which were released for free circulation in the third country of final destination. This declaration shall be considered an element of the refund requested within the meaning of Article 11(1) of Regulation (EEC) No 3665/87.
