Eestis kasvatatud ja § 21 lõikes 2 nimetatud juhul Eestisse vabaks ringluseks imporditud ning turustatava aiandustoote kvaliteeditõendiks loetakse ka aiandustoote saate ja müügidokumentides tehtud märget selle kohta, et aiandustooted on kontrollimise tulemusel tunnistatud nõuetekohaseks.
