Teenuse osutamine käesoleva seaduse tähenduses hõlmab krediidi- ja liisingutehingut, tasulist maksetähtpäeva edasilükkamise ning muud finantseerimise tehingut ehk krediidi andmist, krediidi vahendamist ning nõustamisteenuse osutamist.
It could imply, amongst other things, that creditors should not market the credit so that the marketing significantly impairs or is likely to impair the consumer’s ability to carefully consider the taking of the credit, or that the creditor should not use the granting of the credit as a main method of marketing when marketing goods, services or immovable property to consumers.
