Efforts should be made to enhance the judicial system, to maintain the freedom of the press and the rights of journalists, to improve the treatment of claims for compensation regarding property seized and to intensify the fight against corruption. Particular measures must be taken to enhance the protection of privacy and the inviolability of the home.
