Usage examples
  • 1. Customs formalities applicable to commercial means of transport are dealt with in Annex A.3. to the Kyoto Convention. The Annex covers commercial means of transport which are used in international traffic. The definition of "commercial means of transport" in that Annex includes normal spare parts, accessories and equipment, as well as lubrication oils and fuel contained in the normal tanks, when carried with the commercial means of transport.
  • 2. No relief shall be granted for : (a) alcoholic products; (b) tobacco or tobacco products; (c) commercial means of transport; (d) articles for use in the exercise of a trade or profession, other than portable instruments of the applied or liberal arts.
