(1) Kandidaaditeenistus on Notarite Koja poolt kinnitatud programmi alusel toimuv väljaõpe ning Notarite Koja poolt antud ülesannete täitmine. Kandidaaditeenistuses olevate notarikandidaatide arvu määrab Notarite Koda. Kandidaadi teenistusalase tegevuse eest vastutab Notarite Koda. Notar tagab Notarite Koja poolt tema juurde suunatud notarikandidaadile väljaõppe eesmärgile vastava tegevuse., (1) Candidate service is training held on the basis of a programme approved by the Chamber of Notaries and performance of duties assigned by the Chamber of Notaries. The number of notary candidates in candidate service shall be determined by the Chamber of Notaries. The Chamber of Notaries shall be liable for the activities of notary candidates related to service.
