Kahjukindlustuslepingu lõppemisel rahuldatakse kindlustusvõtja, kindlustatu või soodustatud isiku nõue kindlustuslepingu alusel väljamaksmisele kuuluva kindlustushüvitise ulatuses ja kindlustusmakse osas, mille suhtes kindlustusrisk ei ole kantud.
Annuities stemming from non-life insurance contracts and relating to health insurance obligations
Before a non-life insurance contract is concluded the non-life insurance undertaking shall inform the policy holder of the following:
(a) the law applicable to the contract, where the parties do not have a free choice;
(b) the fact that the parties are free to choose the law applicable and the law the insurer proposes to choose.
