1. Moreover, the prices of these imports were found to be, on average, lower than the prices of the Community industry. Therefore, it cannot be excluded that the imports originating in the United States of America and Thailand contributed to the injury sustained by the Community industry.
2. Under Article 4 (1) of Regulation (EEC) No 1883/78, an account is drawn up for each Member State and for each financial year showing the net losses sustained by the intervention agencies concerned.
