The Commission shall ensure coordination and consistency between measures undertaken pursuant to this Regulation and measures undertaken with contributions from the Community budget, including contributions from Community initiatives for cross-border transnational and interregional cooperation, the operations of the European Investment Bank (EIB), including through its pre-accession facility as well as the other financial instruments of the Community and inform the Committee established under Article 14 hereof.
