This list, transmitted to the Commission, shall mention the internal number of the fleet register in accordance with Article 1 of the Commission Regulation (EC) No 109/94 of 19 January 1994 concerning the fishing vessel register of the Community (7) accompanied by the name of the home port of the vessel, the names of the owner or charterer of the vessel, and notification that the master of the vessel has been informed of the measures in force for the area or areas where the vessel will be fishing in the Convention area.
