Tehing emitendi väärtpaberitega käesoleva korra tähenduses on börsi emitendi väärtpaberite:
1) omandamine või võõrandamine,
2) märkimise eesõiguse omandamine või võõrandamine,
3) ostu- või müügiõiguste või kohustuste omandamine või võõrandamine,
4) müügi- ja tagasiostutehingud (repo),
5) ostu- ja tagasimüügitehingud (pöördrepo),
6) indekslepingud.

(d) index contracts in respect of securities referred to in (a), when admitted to trading on a market which is regulated and supervised by authorities recognized by public bodies, operates regularly and is accessible directly or indirectly to the public.
