Kui tolliväärtust ei ole võimalik määrata tehinguväärtuse alusel, määratakse tolliväärtus järjekorras esimesel käesoleva seaduse §-des 5-8 loetletud meetodil, mille alusel on võimalik tolliväärtust määrata. Importija taotlusel on lubatud muuta käesoleva seaduse §-des 7 ja 8 loetletud meetodite kasutamise järjekorda.
