Minimaalsed impordihinnad määratakse Ühenduse poolt kindlaks Eestiga konsulteerides, arvestades hindade muutumist, imporditud koguseid ja Ühenduse turu arengut.
The arrangements set out in paragraph 1 shall be applied to all imports of olive oil for which the importer supplies proof upon importation that the special export charge referred to in the said paragraph has been reflected in the import price.
