The new active substances flupyrsulfuron-methyl, pymetrizine, azoxystrobin and kresoxim-methyl (the active substances concerned) were included in Annex I to Directive 91/414/EEC by Commission Directives 2001/49/EC, 2001/87/EC, 98/47/EC and 1999/1/EC, foe use, respectively as a herbicide on cereals, insecticide on cereals, fruits, vegetables, pulses, oil seeds and hops, a fungicide without uses specified and a fungicide on cereals, pome fruit and vines.
