Length measurements of fish should be of total length to the nearest centimetre below and representative samples of the length composition should be taken from a single fine scale grid rectangle (0,5° latitude by 1° longitude). In the event that a vessel moves from a fine scale grid rectangle to another during the course of a month, then separate length compositions should be submitted for each fine scale grid rectangle.
