Within one month after service on him of the application, the defendant shall lodge a defence, stating:
(a) the name and address of the defendant;
(b) the arguments of fact and law relied on;
(c) the form of order sought by the defendant;
(d) the nature of any evidence offered by him.
Dans le mois qui suit la signification de la requ?te, le défendeur présente un mémoire en défense. Ce mémoire contient: a) les nom et domicile du défendeur; b) les arguments de fait et de droit invoqués; c) les conclusions du défendeur; d) les offres de preuve.
