The Commission shall monitor the quantities of goods imported under this Regulation, with a view in particular to establishing: the extent to which traditional trade flows, in terms of volume and presentation, to the enlarged Community are significantly changed, and whether there is subsidisation between exports benefiting directly from this Regulation and exports subject to the normal import charge.
