Nevertheless, the French Republic may reduce by a quantity not exceeding 30 000 tonnes of white sugar in total the A quotas, fixed in accordance with Article 24, of undertakings situated in its overseas departments, and may reallocate the quantities thus withdrawn to one or more other undertakings situated in metropolitan France.
