Without prejudice to Articles 21 and 22 of the EC Statute, Articles 24 and 25 of the ECSC Statute and Articles 22 and 23 of the EAEC Statute, the following measures of inquiry may be adopted:
(a) the personal appearance of the parties;
(b) a request for information and production of documents;
(c) oral testimony;
(d) the commissioning of an expert's report;
(e) an inspection of the place or thing in question.
Sans préjudice des dispositions des articles 24 et 25 du statut, les mesures d'instruction comprennent: a) la comparution personnelle des parties; b) la demande de renseignements et la production de documents; c) la preuve par témoins; d) l'expertise; e) la descente sur les lieux.
