Forms other than application forms and the labels referred to in Article 2 (4) may not contain any erasures or alterations, unless they have been authenticated by the stamp and signature of the issuing management authority, or, in the case
of the import notifications referred to in Article 2 (2), by the stamp and signature of the customs office of introduction.
