Proof of the regularity of a transit operation within the meaning of Article 378 (1) shall be furnished to the satisfaction of the customs authorities inter alia: ... (b) by the production of a customs document issued in a third country showing release for home use or by a copy of photocopy thereof; such copy of photocopy must be certified as being a true copy by the organization which certified the original document, by the authorities of the third country concerned or by the authorities of one of the Member States. The document shall contain enough information to enable the goods in question to be identified.
