This increase will be calculated by reducing the Community consumption threshold of 40 GWh, referred to in paragraph 1from 40 GWh to a level of 20 GWh annual electricity consumption three years after the entry into force of this Directive and to a level of 9 GWh annual electricity consumption six years after the entry into force of this Directive.
