A notice shall be published in the Official Journal of the European Union indicating the date of registration of an application initiating proceedings, the names of the parties, the form of order sought by the applicant and a summary of the pleas in law and of the main supporting arguments or, as the case may be, the date of lodging of a request for a preliminary ruling, the identity of the referring court or tribunal and the parties to the main proceedings, and the questions referred to the Court.
Un avis est publié au Journal officiel de l'Union européenne indiquant la date de l'inscription de la requête introductive d'instance, le nom des parties, les conclusions de la requête ainsi que l'indication des moyens et des principaux arguments invoqués ou, selon le cas, la date du dépôt de la demande de décision préjudicielle ainsi que l'indication de la juridiction de renvoi, des parties au litige au principal et des questions posées à la Cour.
