Compliance with this condition shall be certified by registration in a Member State's register of businesses or by another form of proof accepted by the Member State.
For each of the three origins and each of the quarters indicated in Annex I, an agricultural trader within the meaning of Article 3 may lodge no more than four applications for A licences for the import of garlic at least five days apart.
