The financial contribution to be paid by Estonia to the budget of the European Union to participate in the "MEDIA Plus" and "MEDIA-Training" programmes will be the following (in ?):

Estonia will pay the contribution mentioned above, partly from Estonia's State budget, and partly from Estonia's PHARE National Programme, subject to PHARE annual programming procedures. The requested PHARE funds will be transferred to Estonia each year according to a Phare Financing Memorandum. Together with the part coming from Estonia's State budget, these funds will constitute Estonia's national contribution, out of which it will make payments in response to annual calls for funds from the Commission.
Any contribution or any additional payment due to the budget from the Member States must be entered in the account(s) of the Commission within 30 days from the date on which funds are called for.
