I, the undersigned, certify that the animals described above meet the following requirements: ... (c) they have undergone, between the first and third month after a primary vaccination or a re-vaccination against rabies, a serological test showing a protective antibody titre of at least 0,5 international units.
Animals more than three months old must: ... - have after the age of three months, been vaccinated against rabies with an annual booster injection or, at intervals authorized by the Member States of dispatch for that vaccine, by injection of an antigenic unit (WHO standard) measured in accordance with the activity test by the method described by the European Pharmacopoeia and recognized under the procedure laid down in Article 26.
