Assessment methods
1. The values of Lden and Lnight shall be determined by means of the assessment methods defined in Annex II.
2. Common assessment methods for the determination of
Lden and Lnight shall be established by the Commission in accordance with the procedure laid down in Article 13(2) through a revision of Annex II.
