The Court of Justice of the European Communities shall have jurisdiction to give judgment pursuant to an arbitration clause contained in a contract concluded by the Agency.
An application submitted under Articles 238 and 239 of the EC Treaty, Articles 42 and 89 of the ECSC Treaty and Articles 153 and 154 of the EAEC Treaty shall be accompanied by a copy of the arbitration clause contained in the contract governed by private or public law entered into by the Communities or on their behalf, or, as the case may be, by a copy of the special agreement concluded between the Member States concerned.
Les requ?tes présentées en vertu des articles 238 et 239 du traité CE et 153 et 154 du traité CEEA sont accompagnées, suivant le cas, d'un exemplaire de la clause compromissoire contenue dans le contrat de droit public ou privé passé par les Communautés ou pour leur compte, ou d'un exemplaire du compromis intervenu entre les États membres intéressés.
