Eelarveaasta lõpuks kasutamata jäänud assigneeringute sulgemine
(1) Eelarveaasta lõpuks kasutamata jäänud assigneeringute sulgemise otsustab volikogu.
(2) Eelarveaastal sulgemata jäetud assigneeringuid on lubatud kasutada järgmise eelarveaasta lõpuni otstarbeks, milleks need olid määratud eelneva aasta eelarves.
