  • antibody produced by a single clone of cells or a cell line derived from a single cell. Such antibodies are all identical and have unique amino acid sequence. Commonly used to refer to antibody secreted by a hybridoma cell line, but can also refer to the immunoglobulin produces in vivo by a B cell clone such as a plasmacytoma if this has identifiable antibody properties
