§ 17. Ametiabi (1) Haldusorgan annab käesolevas seaduses sätestatud alustel ja korras akti või sooritab toimingu oma pädevuse piires teise haldusorgani taotlusel selle haldusorgani ülesande täitmise toetamiseks (ametiabi). (2) Ametiabi sätteid ei kohaldata: 1) alluvussuhtele, 2) kui abi andmise kohustus on haldusorganile ette nähtud seadusega., § 17. Professional assistance (1) On the bases of and pursuant to the procedure provided for in this Act, an administrative authority shall issue an act or take a measure within the limits of its competence at the request of another administrative authority in order to support the performance of a duty of that administrative authority (professional assistance).
