The customs authorities at the airport of destination shall transmit monthly to the customs authorities at each airport of departure a list drawn up by the airlines of the manifests referred to in paragraphs 1 to 3 which were presented to them during the previous month. The list shall be authenticated by the customs authorities at the airport of destination.
