Maximum aid intensities applicable in the Republic of Estonia shall be limited, in net grant equivalent, to 50% in the NUTS III regions of Central Estonia, North-Eastern Estonia, Western Estonia and Southern Estoniaf53 , and 40% in the NUTS III region of Northern Estonia.
