Põllumajanduslik majapidamine (edaspidi majapidamine) on ühtse majandusliku ja tehnilise juhtimisega tootmisüksus, mille põhitegevusala on põllumajandus ja kus:
1) on vähemalt üks hektar põllumajandus- või metsamaad või 0,3 hektarit kalatiike või
2) on vähem kui üks hektar põllumajandus- või metsamaad või 0,3 hektarit kalatiike või see puudub ja kus toodetakse põllumajandussaadusi peamiselt (üle poole) müügiks.
