1. The provisions detailing the operation of the Standing Management Committee on Fisheries Structures shall be laid down in accordance with the provisions laid down pursuant to the first subparagraph of Article 3a of Regulation (EEC) No 2052/88.
2. The measures laid down in this Regulation are in accordance with the opinion delivered by the Management Committee on Agricultural Structures and Rural Development and the Standing Committee on Fisheries.
