A Scientific Review Group is hereby established, consisting of the representatives of each Member State's scientific authority or authorities and chaired by the representative of the Commission. The Scientific Review Group shall examine any scientific question relating to the application of this Regulation - in particular concerning Article 4 (1) (a), (2) (a) and (6) ... The Commission shall convey the opinions of the Scientific Review Group to the Committee.
