The following package of tests is recommended: (a) a test for gene mutations in a prokaryotic system, (b) a test for gene mutations in an in-vitro eukaryotic system or a sex-linked recessive lethal test in Drosophila melanogaster, (c) a test for chromosomal aberrations in-vitro and in-vivo.
