  • inuliin - peamiselt korvõieliste taimede mugulais (maapirnil) või juurtes (siguril, võilillel) sisalduv polüsahhariid, mis happelisel hüdrolüüsil laguneb fruktoosiks. Inuliini saadakse peamiselt daalia juurmugulaist ning tarvitatakse fruktoosi valmistamiseks ja sahharoosi aseainena suhkrutõve korral.

  • Terminiga «inuliinisiirup» tähistatakse: – kaubapositsioonis 1702 60 80 00 inuliini või oligofruktooside hüdrolüüsil saadud vahetuid tooteid kuivaine fruktoosisisaldusega üle 50% vabas vormis või sahharoosina, – kaubapositsioonis 1702 90 80 00 inuliini või oligofruktooside hüdrolüüsil saadud vahetuid tooteid kuivaine fruktoosisisaldusega vähemalt 10%, kuid mitte üle 50% vabas vormis või sahharoosina.
