1. The mould count of peeled tomatoes (the tomatoes and the covering liquid) shall not exceed 50 % positive fields and the pH level shall not exceed 4,5.
2. Mould count shall be determined in accordance with the AOAC (Association of Official Analytical Chemists) method (Howard mould count).
