The activities of the Bank shall be managed by the Executive Management (hereinafter: the Executive). The task of the Executive shall be to organise the activities of the Bank under the supervision of the President and to secure co-operation between the Bank's sub-units and structural units, to plan current operations and to make proposals to the Board regarding decisions to be made under the Board's jurisdiction.
